Where are the babies?

Here we are!

We especially love taking EVERYTHING out of the cupboard in order to have room for both of us! Look at Dallin's crusty face...silly baby!

I love these new suits!

While in El Paso this past weekend ago, we went to Costco to see what we couldn't live without. We found these great new swimming suits for the babies that cost $14 each. I was very excited. Here are the babes modeling the new suits.

House update Part 1

We have been working VERY hard to get the house ready to sell. Here are a few pictures of the house. The front isn't quite done, but we have made some improvement.

Fun day outside

We played at the park and then came home to play in the backyard while mama cleaned the dishes and the kitchen. The new water table Granee sent to us doubles as a swimming pool. But we don't think mom was very excited about us getting our clothes soaking wet! We had a great time!

In a matter of minutes. He took a little tumble in the parking lot after my 10K run this morning. He then seemed to have a rough rest of the day!

I think I need a hug!

After Dallin hit Clara on the head with some unknown hard toy, he said sorry by giving her a hug, which she gladly took and held him for a good minute! They can be such turkeys one minute and sweet babies the next!

It is so hard to be a baby!

Life in the Mitchell house has been pretty crazy! My babies have learned that on any given day there are going to be countless of projects started by mommy and countless of times where they will have to fend for themselves. Today Clara took matters into her own hands and with both babies, almost put herself to sleep in the TV room watching "Pete's Dragon." Dallin prefers to wait until mommy has finished whatever she is working on, or he lets me know it is time to stop by standing in front of me, pushing me away from whatever is keeping my attention and screaming at the top of his lungs! Well, I haven't traded them in for a puppy yet, but there are days when I think maybe...

Dallin loves anything electronic and not his...he is listening to the latest Techno music that Uncle Justy was listening to.


I took the babies for their 15 month check ups this past week and they are growing like SLOW weeds!
Dallin weighs 22.2 pounds and is 29 3/4 inches tall.
Clara weighed in at 21.4 pounds and is 30 3/4 inches tall. Yes, Clara has been taller than Dallin for a good 6 months, but Dallin is not to be stopped by height...he can climb onto anything without assistance faster than Clara of momma can keep up!
